If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter, you certainly know that my teeth are finished (I hope for a long time). You asked me if I tell you more. So I decided to write this post.
I started this long "dental run" a year ago. I can't believe it's all done. My previous dentist was uninterested in my teeth to be honest. I think that the only thing he cared about was money. So I changed the dentist. She is young and talented and I want to thank her for her amazing work. I'm going to tell you how it all started.
I have a deep affection for tooth decay. I've always had. I think it's in our family. I also had gingivitis. It's a non-destructive periodontal disease. So first thing first, I had to cure this. It was not so bad as I thought. I'm sorry but I don't have any picture of that, because I was so ashamed of my red gums that I wasn't smiling at any photo. If you want to know how it looks like, google it.
When my gums were alright, my dentist started to fix my tooth caries. I really don't know how many caries I had, but I have to say that you wouldn't counted on the fingers.
My dentist uses white amalgam, so my teeth are all white, not like before when I had a gray amalgam. It didn't look good.
Four of my teeth were totally destroyed, so my dentist gave me a porcelain crown. It's expensive but you wouldn't notice the difference from a normal tooth.
I don't want to know how much my teeth were... Seriously. But I'm very happy that I have healthy teeth.
I was at this awesome clinic LK denta. They have a very modern equipment there. You can check out their website here.
She also showed me how to properly brush my teeth and what brushes to use. I use toothbrush CURAPROX soft 1560. You can buy it here and you can choose from many colors.
Very important are the interdental brushes. These brushes are divided by size. Your dentist should consider what are appropriate for you. I didn't use them before. That may be the reason why I had gingivitis. Most bacteria are under the gums. I use TePe Angle interdental brushes. You can buy it here or in any pharmacy.

I'm so happy I can smile again :)
If you have any questions, you can write it in the comments or email.
Thank you for reading!

However, it is highly recommendable to visit a dentist regularly to ensure your teeth are in perfect condition. Gary Cash Dental Most state Dental Practice Acts do not allow dentists to hold themselves out as a specialist in non-recognized/non-accredited "specialty".
