Today's post is going to be a little bit different than I'm used to write about. If you follow me on social media, you have probably noticed that I started going to the gym. I wanted to start going there a year ago but I was too lazy and I didn't want to go there alone to be honest. It was something like a New Year's resolution that I fail to comply. So I started practicing at home in the summer, just by the videos on youtube. I practiced about twice a week for half an hour. I was quite satisfied with it, better than nothing. But then the summer ended and I stopped, I don't know why, maybe I thought it was unnecessary.
This January my friend asked me if I would go to the gym with her. Of course I said yes, because I still wanted to go there and start all over again. We bought a pass to the gym and we were ready to do this. Actually, we don't go to the classic gym, because we don't know how to use all the machines and personal trainer is too expensive. So we just do indoor activities but it's sometimes very hard as well. They have a lot of mainframe activities, my favorite is on the strenghtening of the abdomen and buttocks. I also love yoga, it is the only sport I did before and I think it will always be my number one. I also like strengthening the abdomen and correct posture, it is more relaxing. And I also fell in love with the bosu. If you don't know what it is, just google it and try it.
For those who are from Brno, I go to the Ladie's gym. It is the gym only for women, so if you don't feel comfortable working out with men, it is the right place for you. I leave a link here.
I also got some new gym clothes, because you can't go to the gym without wearing a nice gym clothes. I got all my gym clothes in H&M. They have their new collection for H&M Sportswear and I love that collection so much, so I had to buy something. They also have a very good quality products, I would say it is at the same level as Nike or Adidas. I definitely recommend to check this out. I will try to find it and leave a links down below.
I also got some new trainers from Nike. It is my favorite brand in terms of trainers. It's good to have two pairs of trainers, one for indoor activities and one for running or outdoor activities.
Fluid intake is also very important. When you exercise, from the body leaves plenty of fluids, so you need to constantly replenish them. It is good to carry a bottle of water.

And what about the results? First I want to say that I didn't start going to the gym just to lose weight. I wanted to go there just because I wanted to feel better. I wanted to do something good for my body, because healthy food is not my best friend. Of course, if you want to lose weight, you need to eat healthily as well, because it's also very important.
I can't say if I lost weight or not because I don't know how much I weighed before and how much I weigh now. It's just not my priority. My priority is to enjoy it and feel good, and I think I achieved both. I definitely want to continue, I didn't go there just because it's swimsuit season. Now it is part of my life and it's also my hobby.

Oh my goodness! Your workout clothing is mind blowing. The colors and patterns are perfect to get started with workouts every day. I also want some motivation for boring workouts and I think this kind of chic clothing will absolutely work!
